We hope that your purchase arrives in perfect condition, but we appreciate that this is not always the case. We offer a 14 day refund policy, that becomes effective upon the day we dispatch the product. After this time, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS: If you wish to return your item(s), please notify us within the 14 day refund period. For an eligible return, your item must be in the original packaging (including all seals still applied for paint). It must remain unused and the same condition as you received it. We will provide a refund as soon as we receive your returned product(s), but may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement (depending on your card issuer).
Once our checks are complete we’ll refund back to your payment method. The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
DAMAGES: If your item(s) arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. In order to do this, please email us at email@example.com, providing images of the damage and any further details. Once we receive your product(s) and our checks are complete, we will offer to either send a replacement or provide a full refund. The funds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
